Violation of these standards may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from our programs or communities without refund.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Terms

By purchasing a product, program, or service from Victoria Washington Global LLC, you agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By submitting your payment information at checkout, you are authorizing your card to be charged for the amount indicated for your selected product, program, or payment plan.

No Refunds or Cancellations

Due to the digital and transformational nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Lack of attendance
  
  
• Scheduling conflicts
  
  
• Overcommitment
  
  
• Personal disagreements or change of heart
  
  

By enrolling in any of our programs, you affirm your readiness to fulfill the full investment and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you are required to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in revoked access to the program or platform until the account is brought current.

Clients who have been permanently removed from any Victoria Washington Global LLC program due to non-payment are not eligible for future payment plans. Should such individuals wish to enroll again, payment in full will be required prior to access.

Chargebacks & Disputes

False chargebacks or disputes filed through your payment processor will be considered a breach of these Terms. If a dispute is found to be unjustified, the amount must be repaid within five (5) business days, and may result in permanent removal from future programs and services.

Program Scope

You are enrolling in a program, offering, or service facilitated by Victoria Washington Global LLC. Access begins immediately after payment or on the program’s advertised start date, depending on the format of the offering.

Integrity Agreement

We hold integrity as one of our highest values. By completing your purchase, you are providing the electronic equivalent of your signature, affirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, including this Payment Policy.
